Belt's Realty Services, Inc., which was founded in 1989
to serve Belt's growing real estate interests, and to
develop and manage state-of-the-art distribution facilities
for our customers. Belt's Realty provides single source
real estate services to our distribution and logistics
customers, including site acquisition and warehouse
development, industrial property sales and leasing and
property management.
Since inception, Belt's Realty has developed a number
of innovative, award winning distribution centers such
as the 250,000 sq. ft. Belt's Business Center along
Interstate 95, the 325,000 sq. ft. Holabird Distribution
Center in the Holabird Industrial Park, and the 650,000

Woods Business Park. The Fila building, constructed
of aggregate faced tilt-panels, included 42 foot minimum
clear height and controlled flatness/levelness of the
floor, to accommodate Fila's specialized high lift equipment.
In addition, Belt's Realty has adaptively rehabilitated
older waterfront properties for such diverse uses as
aquaculture and biotechnology. Belt's Realty's project
team includes regional architects, engineers and contractors
who have designed and built over 30 million square feet
of high-cube warehouse, flex space, office and R &
D facilities.
